Complimentary prosecco upon arrival added a nice touch.

We came on our honeymoon, but the hotel didn't do anything special for us despite mentioning it, a disappointment. We had to iron our clothes in the lobby. The accommodation cost was quite steep, leaving us feeling that the overall value could have been better.

Had fairly nice stay for 3 nights, the staff were polite, location was stunning to St Lucia train station.

Location just next door to the center close to the Saint Mark as well as San Marco's square. Extremely helpful staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. A quiet atmosphere around the place. Brand-new room with comfortable bed, and comfortable location.

Beautiful canal view rooms

The location was ideal, but I definitely did not enjoy the morning hustle as the room was right by the dining area was great! I couldn't believe they didn't offer any suite upgrade despite all the inconveniences faced. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Had a braw stay! The view of the canal from our room was pure stunning, and the staff were so friendly, offering an upgrade that made it all feel special. The only downside? The hotel’s location was a wee bit tricky to find at first.

Using Palazzo San Lorenzo as our base, we explored the best of Venice. It was a treat to have breakfast overlooking a charming canal while our grandson enjoyed the bustling atmosphere. The staff's local tips made it easy to navigate the must-see spots.

My kids wished for more activities available for kids.

We appreciated the late check-out option at a fair price. The room was nicely decorated, and the vanity supplies was pretty good. Morning views of the city were enjoyable and provided a lovely backdrop for our breakfast.

Perfect spot for a romantic getaway

The room was huge, super clean, and had a fine view. The staff were really kind and even helped us with some local tips. We enjoyed breakfast in the bar/lounge area, and the options were pretty good. Just wish the noise from nearby rooms wasn't so loud at times.

This venue is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and it's located very close to the public water transport pier.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent - ease of access to an enclosed bridge. I've booked a double room with an excellent bathroom with a shower and everything was very good. - In general, the service was amazing.
